Sacred Circuitry Craniosacral Sessions - July 2025

You are invited to quiet and reset the nervous system on Mondays, July 14th and 28th and Tuesday, July 22nd for a craniosacral session available from 11:30am-6:30pm in our Venice Apothecary Garden.

Relax and reset your nervous system with a subtle yet powerful Sacred Circuitry Session. CranioSacral work focuses on gentle touch and deep listening to allow your body to relax and unwind tension in its own perfect timing. You'll leave feeling clear, cared for and centered to continue your day. 

Attendees please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that will keep you warm, perhaps socks if you tend to run cold.

Sessions booked online are 45-min sessions. 30-min and 1 hr. offerings are available only in-store and are first come first serve based on our sign-up sheets.

Sonya has been working with her own and the bodies and nervous systems of others for over 15 years through movement, healing touch, breath and sound. Her experiences with CranioSacral work completely changed her life after struggling to heal after 2 major concussions. She feels this work demonstrates the power of gentle touch, clear intention and deep witnessing when it comes to healing. Sometimes whatever is stuck just needs to be seen and felt to move towards healing. Sonya, who considers herself a Tender of Sacred Circuitry, trusts in your body's innate ability to heal when properly cared for.
