Plant Spirit Healing: Mugwort Flower Essence

Join us at the Brooklyn Apothecary on Tuesday July 29th at 7pm to find release through connection to plant spirits and the energetic vibration of Mugwort. 

Mugwort is well-known for its powerful ability to enhance our dreams, connecting us to the deep waters of our unconscious. Dreams reveal not only what we know but what we conceal from ourselves, and working with Mugwort invites us to consider our deepest awareness and release the illusions that hold us back.

This workshop will explore the medicinal and energetic gifts of Mugwort. Participants will be greeted with a custom blend of herbal tea, and the gathering will begin with a balancing meditation. Together we will craft our own fresh mugwort bundles, while discussing some of the themes that Mugwort can illuminate and support.

Then the group will move through a deep relaxation practice and embark on a journey to commune with the spirit of mugwort, allowing her healing energy to reveal the dreamspace and facilitate release. Therapeutic Sound and Reiki will be offered throughout to support the experience.

Participants will be gifted a bottle of Flowering Mugwort and Lemurian Crystal Essence, made by Mikella, which can be used during this workshop and beyond. The fresh mugwort bundles may be taken home for additional support.

Participants are invited to bring:
A journal or notebook
A bolster, cushion, or thick towel (optional, for added comfort during the journey)
Any other items that feel supportive.
