As the moon initiates its new cycle, learn how the 4 lunar & the 4 hormonal phases mirror each other. Learn to combine the two with an expert astrologer & functional hormonal so you can awaken your encoded feminine intelligence. This circle includes guided journaling, group shares, and womb-space healing meditation.

Through a holistic approach Sam uses food as medicine, mindful movement and nervous system regulation to support her clients and allow them to discover how to listen to their bodies and embrace their periods as their superpowers.
