What does it mean to be a man today?

In our rapidly shifting cultural landscape, many men find ourselves navigating uncharted territory. Our roles and concepts of what it means to be a man have changed radically within our lifetimes, yet we often lack clear maps for healthy masculine development.

You might be asking yourself:

What will we experience?

In this two-hour workshop, we’ll gather together in a circle of brothers to reclaim authentic masculinity through guided dialogue, shadow work, and experiential exercises. Drawing on Jungian archetypes and Internal Family Systems, we'll create a practical map for integrating both the light and shadow aspects of the masculine within ourselves, building a stronger relationship with the personal parts of our masculine selves that are strong, the parts that are underdeveloped and need attention, and the parts we’ve disowned or relegated to the shadows.

This isn't therapy or coaching—it's men supporting men in becoming whole.

Porter is an experienced facilitator, teacher and therapist with over fifteen years of experience working in education, designing and facilitating workshops and retreats, and running men’s work in community. His approach integrates experiential and community-based education with therapeutic and coaching practices that foster real insight, connection and transformation. His facilitation style is collaborative, emergent and deep, with healthy doses of humor and levity. He lives in Brooklyn, NY, where he runs a business facilitating trainings, retreats, and workshops, and sees private therapy clients for 1:1 work and psychedelic integration support.
