LUNAR RITUAL: Qigong, Breathwork + Shamanic Reiki Sound Journey

We’ll begin with gentle Qigong, a healing movement practice rooted in Chinese medicine, to awaken and circulate your qi (life force). Then we’ll drop into a grounding breathwork practice to release tension and invite in clarity.

The ritual continues with a Shamanic Reiki energy journey, combining intuitive healing and guided meditation to support deep energetic clearing and reconnection to your inner wisdom. We’ll close with an immersive sound bath to seal in the work—letting the vibrations integrate your intentions under the quiet power of the New Moon.
