Incorporating the daily practices she defines as ritual, DeJanae encourages deep breathing and inner exploration through a journaling practice.  She is the founder and creative director of Green Goddess Glow, an integrative wellness platform offering educational resources and wellness tools to reclaim self care for self discovery.
