Equinox Release: A Sound and Breathwork Experience

The Equinox means equal day and equal night - an opportunity to rebalance and reattune to what we are calling in and what we are releasing. Using breathwork and sound, Allison will guide us on a journey to clear the old and make space for the new. Release what is no longer serving you so you can step into more abundance, joy, clarity and trust. This breathwork has a powerful way of recalibrating us, and is often said to be like 10 years of therapy in one go. Paired with sound as a gentle and soothing salve, this experience is sure to leave you feeling clear and excited for the new season ahead.

Guests recommended to bring: warm clothing, a yoga mat, fuzzy socks. Optional: pillow, blanket, journal, crystals

Allison Bagg is a sound healer, breathwork facilitator, intuitive guide and artist based in Los Angeles. She utilizes a plethora of modalities to help clients ground into their bodies, establish strong boundaries and open portals to the magic and abundance within. Certified in gong, crystal alchemy singing bowls, planetary chimes and tuning forks, Allison aims to bring together both hemispheres of the brain in a beautiful marriage of spirit and science. Everything is vibration, after all, and by tuning ourselves like instruments, we can activate the healer within, reprogramming both the cellular and energetic forces within.
