Breathwork with Katia

Join us at the Brooklyn Apothecary on Wednesday April 30th at 7pm for a 90-minute transformative breathwork session. In this safe and supportive space, trauma-informed practitioner Katia will guide you through a unique blend of breathwork, sound, gentle touch, and bodywork techniques aimed at releasing tension, stress, and stored emotions. This practice can help you access greater clarity, intuition, and a deeper connection to your authentic self.

Reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom—often overshadowed by the stresses of daily life. By unlocking your energy flow, you’ll have the chance to safely explore and release emotions we tend to avoid, transforming them into gateways to joy, connection, and a deeper sense of belonging.

How to prepare:

• Avoiding alcohol or a heavy meal right before
• Hydrating well
• Wear comfortable clothing suitable for relaxation
• consider bringing a journal for any notes you might want to make
• Eye masks will be provided, please bring your own yoga mat or something to lay on

Katia is a certified BBTRS Trauma-Informed Practitioner (500+ hours) based in NYC, specializing in helping individuals release tension and integrate unprocessed emotions, stress, and trauma stored in the body. Her breathwork journey began with a personal health crisis that inspired her to reconnect with herself and cultivate deep self-trust. Katia’s workshops offer a safe, supportive space where participants can transform anxiety into excitement, worry into trust, and overwhelm into peace—empowering them to feel more grounded, alive, and connected.
