Breath by Divine Design is a 2-hour immersive workshop that bridges the wisdom of Human Design with the healing power of breath work. You'll explore how your unique energetic blueprint shapes your experience of stress, emotion, and pressure—while breath becomes a real-time tool to regulate and restore balance. The experience includes guided breath activations, an introduction to the five energy types, and insights into how different designs process tension and interact with their environment. Through journaling, reflection, and subtle energy practices, you'll begin to embody your design with greater clarity and compassion. This workshop offers a grounded, heart-opening space to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your true nature.

About Abigail & Megan

Abigail and Megan are the co-founders of The Healing Menu, a wellness studio in the making devoted to intuitive healing, spiritual self-discovery, and energetic alignment. With backgrounds in education, Human Design, psychotherapy, and energy work, they blend soulful insight with grounded, client-centered care. The Healing Menu was created as a curated space for transformation—not by fixing, but by gently guiding individuals back to who they truly are beneath layers of conditioning. Their signature offering begins with an in-depth exploration of each person’s Human Design, which then opens the door to the “menu” — a personalized selection of healing modalities such as Reiki, sound healing, astrology, and more, all chosen in alignment with the client’s unique energetic blueprint. At its core, The Healing Menu exists to support each person in releasing what no longer serves them, reconnecting with their inner wisdom, and realigning with their most authentic self.
