Through this special sound healing meditation, Nicole will guide you with her calming voice, using crystal alchemy sound bowls to craft a magical soundscape infused with the tranquil vibrations of Reiki energy. How to prepare for your event: 

• Make sure you are dressed comfortably
• Bring your favorite crystals, cleaning tools such as sage, palo santo or incense and candles into your meditation
• Maybe bring a blanket in case you get cold
• Use an eye pillow or something to cover your eyes if you like ( We can provide those) 
• Keep yourself hydrated throughout the day. Sound waves travel better through water. When you are well hydrated, you will have a better experience
• Use the bathroom before we begin
• If you feel like journaling after meditation, have your journal or piece of paper ready with a pen or pencil
