Sound Healing for the Journey Inward Part I: Practicing Forgiveness

Join us in our Venice Apothecary Garden on Sunday, December 15th from 7pm to 9pm for a journey inward.

This is the first in a 3-part sound healing series, guiding you on a journey of self-discovery through stillness and reflection. Through the recalibrating vibrations of sound healing, you'll be supported in releasing stagnant energy, allowing for a deep connection to compassion and renewal. This session focuses on the profound power of forgiveness—letting go of past hurts, healing emotional wounds, and creating space for new perspectives. Begin your journey inward with the powerful practice of self-forgiveness and forgiving others.

Guests Recommended to Bring: Yoga mat, blankets or a light jacket for warmth, a notebook for journaling, and an open mind.
