I love adding medicines into my food. Integrating nutrient rich super herbs, and next level nutrition into an already highly potent herbal paste (like pesto) Is the most astounding nutritional impact and feel you can do to your gut. Using oxygen rich carriers to you medicines is the best way to intake medicine. My favorite carriers are herbal pastes like pesto, herbal sauces/dressings, and coldpressed juices. Have fun with your herbal allies, and infuse medicine into all your yummy eats.


½ cup cashews
2 medium cloves garlic *
3 cups kale, washed, chopped and packed tight
½ basil leaves, washed and packed tight

½  cup olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice 
1/2 teaspoon salt
Freshly grated lemon zest (1 lemon)      

Add Salt and Pepper to taste.      


1 tsp Graviola leaf 

1 Tbsp Moring 

*I really love roasted garlic. Sauté the garlic for a bit if you like that element added into it.
Toss all ingredients in a food processor. You can blend until its silky smooth, or leave it chunky if you prefer.
